Changes in How We Operate
At JMK Group we are committed to monitoring the latest guidance from the UK & Ireland Governments and the WHO and are updating their protocols on a regular basis, and developing appropriate guidelines for hotels which include everything from training on safety, sanitation and social distancing protocols to providing appropriate personal protective equipment and access to hand sanitizers while on property.
Specific Training for Staff
We have updated our training manuals for all our teams across each department, in line with government & WHO advice, which will be delivered virtually and through onsite training. Each property will continue this ongoing training and retraining.
Enhanced Cleanliness Programme
With our new stringent cleanliness standards will be implemented and monitored by our team across our portfolio. This will include a reinforced cleaning programme by our partners, which includes frequent disinfection of all high touch areas such as elevators, reception area and public restrooms. Upholstery and carpets will undergo regular deep cleaning and all bedlinen will be washed and treated at high temperatures.

New Guest Measures
The ensure all guests safety during their stay with us, we will be implementing social distancing measures in our public areas, in line with the government guidelines.
Hotels are implementing social distancing guidelines which meet or exceed local guidance, including signage, physical partitions at the front desk and floor markers to help guests maintain appropriate social distancing.
We will have sanitizers located across the properties, along with signage to explain the measures we are taking.
We are working with our brand partners to ensure a contactless and seamless stay for all our guests, whenever possible.
